Snacks
What do you normally have for a snack during day,
or in the evening. Well if you are like me, I end up
eating a doughnut, some potato chips, or cake.
Now all these items are health conscious snacks to
have, but your mind over matter tells you, to eat
what you want.
I believe that you should be able to eat what you
want, and when you want. Well I am wrong. If we
don't take strong effort in eating more healthier.
In stead of snacks consist of chips, we should go to
a fruit or some vegetables, or even a jello, with less
calories. Just imagine if you stop eating chips for 6
months, what that would do for your body. Well if
you take those chips out of your planned snack list,
you would be able to not put that much weight on,
that you probable save about 7 pounds, from being
put in your living room called your stomach. All I
am trying to do now, is to make people realize, how
you could eat less, eat healthier, and live better.
