This is a question for the ages. As early as time is, we always questioned what we need to do to have a long life expectancy. There was a
saying that eating healthy, can allow us to live longer, but that might not be true as previously thought. One of the causes to have this reevaluated is due
to products that are on the market and the description that is listed for that product. We start by looking at how the product ws made. Most products that is sold have preservatives in it to allow a very long shelf life.
Food is a neccessary Ingredient to allow us to sustain life. Water is another product that is needed to stay alive, because if you get to dehydrated, we will not beable to
live longer then 3 days. In a all purpose life,we may not have to eat 3 meals a day. In certain societies people sometime eat as many as 7 meals, but spread over 24 hours. The make of those meals are lighter then normally that we use to as Americans. They also say that to much of a starch diet, would effectively hamper your energy.
What people need to understand is that Eating healthier, would allow us to extend life expectancy by 7-10 years. So when you go shopping, you need to consider buying products that either have less presevatives, or Prganic, as there is no preservatives from making and buying products that are either Home Grown, or without pesticides. Organic Products are more expensive, but think of this. Would you rather eat food with preservatives, or a product without preservatives or pesticides.
In today's world we have to look at what's best for ourselves. We at times cheat a little on what we eat, but consider seeing things in a different prespective. We as humans have a body that is fragile, so we need to do abetter job to allow our bodies to sustain life. Believe in what is important, or otherwise you may not be around to see life to it's fullest
