It's Saturday morning and I have woken up from a peaceful Sleep. Sometimes my sleep is interrupted for one reason or another. I know now that my medication
is working to make it easier to rest. For a long time it was very difficult to sleep, as I wasn't able to use certain drugs to assist in getting to bed on a regular basis.
Have you ever noticed that when you wake up that you don't remember if you dream or if you had any linger memories? If your body and soul allows you to dream, it is a reflection of a happy heart. The tranquility of one's inner most peaceful thoughts as your body is at rest.
You have to be at a point of time or evening to be in a position to allow you to have the right state of mind. People can't dream most of the time if the serenity of bliss fullness is not at hand. When people worry about things, it is a strain because of your inner emotions and your unconsciousness thoughts. When you start to fall a sleep, you are in a stage that starts to put your body to rest. Your not ready to dream just yet. As you then start to be in a euphoric consciousness, you do feel the start of thoughts coming into being.
Most of the time when you are at this point, you are beginning a period of tranquility. All of the day's emotions start to swirl around in your mind. You then isolate the emotions you want to concentrate on. Most of the time your dreams are peaceful. Sometimes they are not. Based on the total recall that has happened during the past day, the most dramatic episodes will come threw. Hopefully they were good thoughts, that you want to continue when you go to sleep. I only wish that in prospective the dreams that come threw to not effect the time I sleep.
When morning comes and you have woken up from the previous night, you hope if it was a good dream, that you remember. On the other hand, if it was a bad dream, you probably don't want to remember. The reason for that, is that if it does linger threw the next day, it could put you in position to present itself, and have a cause to be concerned. The reflection on being bad, would show itself and at that point , develop your state of mind to put you in a poor mood. Always remember before you go to sleep the night before, that you are at peace.
