Do you ever think of getting old, and how you will function when you reach a certain age, like 70. You look back at your life and wonder why time has just flew by so quickly. Life as we know it speeds up as we get older. The funny thing about age and getting older. When you are young you say I can’t wait until I am older, so I can do all those things I can’t now(Being Younger) And when we are older we say I wish I was younger again. If being young or being old had a much more significance when re reach that part of our lives, we wouldn't complain on either being young or older. 

I remembered when I was young playing Little League baseball, and when I got into High School, trying out for double A ball. My favorite past time gave me a chance to have my ultimate dream come true. I was playing Double A ball for the River dale Yankees, and I was so happy, that there was a possibility that I could play baseball professionally. I was in my second year in the minors, when one day I was pitching, which by the way was my position I played, and I went thru my delivery and hurt my tendon and I was in Agony.
The trainer and other players rushed over to me to assist me back to the bench. I knew something was very seriously went wrong . I went to a sports medicine doctor and took ex rays on my lower leg, and he said that my tendon was not strained, but snapped. This I said is not good. To repair the damage that was needed, due to it snapping in 3 spots, meant the healing was going to take a long time and possibly end my career.
The surgery took about 4 hours, and the doctor came back to my room and said, that they were able to connect the tendons, but my playing baseball was all over. I cried for several hours because my dream of being a professional ball player was over. For 2 years after the surgery, and still not recovered, I went back to the doctor who did the surgery, and I had to go back into surgery because I stressed the tendon. He told me after x rays that I didn't tear them, but only strained them and I had to stay off my feet for 3 months. At this point I was getting disgusted with myself.
I was so down, and didn't have an interest in doing anything at this point. I was very dejected
After I reached age of 23, I started to feel better about life as I graduated college with a Business Law Degree. The turn of events occurred in the next 7 years until I reached 31, I again was saddened due to the loss of my sister. I was depressed, and didn't want to talk to anyone and this way lasted for about 7 years. I was alone, didn't care what I was doing, and didn't’ have many friends.
One day when I was about 40, I became a father to a beautiful and lovely daughter. I was on the top of the world for about another 7 years until I got divorced after being married for 18 years. I was in a marriage until I couldn’t take any more Negativism from my wife. Now I got remarried and been married for 14 years. I got a beautiful son to carry my name and my heritage as a Cohen to continue. I just turned 52 a few months ago, when I had to go to a Neurologist. I was having problems with walking, my tremors were so bad and my head was shaking and had a difficult time functioning.
They had done many test, and originally they thought it was a brain tumor, thank G-d it wasn't then they thought it was Huntington disease, which would cause my death, which the findings do to my heritage from Poland, as I was an Ashkenazim Jew. I was very concerned about that finding. Would have to test my daughter that was older, and my son.
Well one day I couldn’t walk, so they rushed me to the hospital, and had a top notch Neurologist look at my past history, and saw a test that made him feel that previous diagnosis was all wrong. It was Oct. 1 2007 and I had to go back to the Neurologist as some tests came back and he gave me a new diagnosis. He pointed out that what I had was Parkinson Disease. Well I didn't know enough about it so I researched it and accepted the doctor’s findings. Well I am older now of a ripe old age of 58 and I take 9 medications every day and feel OK.
The progression of this debilitating disease has not kicked in on another level yet. I try to say positive thou I have an illness. My thoughts is that it is 75% mental and 25% physical. The only other thing I knew was to start writing. I always loved to write, but never took the next foot forward. So it has reached this point in my life knowing I am older, having Parkinson Disease, married again, and a 13 yr old that was Autistic .
The most important part of my soul is to stay positive and care for others as this trait will never stop, which I learned from my Grandmother. G-d rest her beautiful soul.

My childhood ambition...

: When I was younger my ambition was to play professional baseball.From the time I was 16 to reaching the age of 19, I played for the riverdale yankees in Double A ball as a pitcher. After a serious tear in my leg in 3 places, my baseball career was over. I stay focused to be a positive individual to complete my studies.

Why I write..

What I am reading/watching/listening to... : 

Being on Social Security and taking 9 medications a day, I reach back into my mind to reflect a approach to be compassionate and sincere with all. People are different, and society looks at that as a crutch, but I look at it as learning to get a better grasp of other individuals. Society goes like this. The difference of one human being to another, will give you an option to be better prepared to understand differences we come across in life, which will teach you how to be a better person .

My first job... :

I had only 2 jobs in my life. From 1975-1981 I was a teacher to teach how to speak English with people from soul,South Korea. It was so rewarding to see how fast they learned, which gave them a way to get a better job in society there. The second job was working for a Big Blue Box Value Company which taught people to always be honest and sincere to show respect and dignity to all.

My best moment...

Was when I made the Double A team, as a way to launch my career, which fell short due to an injury. I was a pitcher and had a speed of 86 miles an hour and progressing,until the injury.

My inspiration... : 

My inspiration was learned by me with a close friend that I have had since being 9 years old. His name is Harvey and we have the same birthday, but he is a year younger then me. We did everything in life from playing little league together, to working in a deli in New York for 5 years. We have a friendship that by far is a memory that will go down with the ages, as we have been friends going on 49 years.

Writing Is It An Art

 When growing up in life, we have a large imagination to think of careers that will have
us feel rewarded. As of an early age, we see many things to round us into a adults, to make
a right decision in what we want to do as we grow up. We see many things that make us
happy, but uncertain on an idea to make a decision until we get older.

Being  an individual  that sees truth, as a signal to decide away of life, will get closer to
reality if we show signs of reaching  a decision for our future. One of the most inspiring
way to make a living, is to become a writer, if that individual  shows talent by writing
some articles that capture an audience with a wave of excitement for a period of time,
will complete the essence of being a crowd keeper forever.

 A moment in ones life that reflects  recognition of a job well done, is when a writer gets
published for a story that captured many people called an audience. The successful career
of being an author, is the tributes that come there way of having a book listed as a best seller.
When you see a name on a published book, take into consideration that the name listed o the

book or article, may not be listed as the true name og the author. The example of this is when
I started to write articles and a book I am working on, a Publisher is asking to have a name that
is catchy, as this will attract an audience. In my case, One of the publishers that I am working
for, asked for a name that would make the article to stand out. In my literature works, I have

selected a name as "Mollie Strongbloom". The decision on how I selected the name is a reflection
of my past and my future.  The name "Mollie", came as a tribute to my grandmother that passed
away along time ago, as this was her first name. The second part of "Strongbloom" came from my
style of writing and the strong approach to be a significant writer, and the other part of the last

name of "Bloom" was due to a career change in my life as a 58 year old man blossoming his approach
to write at this stage of my life. To bloom as a writer that has talent at this part of my life.

I Love You With All My Heart

I look at life and see all the beautiful things that are in it. I see life
blossom from the heart and sparkle with joy. I feel so good inside
me, because I am happy. Do you know why I am like this? It is the

love of my life, that shares her joys and sorrows, that allows me to
be in her heart to confide her when she needs a warm soul to provide
her with words to have her feel special. I thought I knew what love

is when  I was younger, but I was wrong. The reason I feel Love now,
is that there is a human being in my life to provide to me compassion,
and sincerity to be here for me when I need her. Her emotions that

make me feel wanted and cared for comes from her soul. She gives
herself freely to make me happy, and I do the same. Her touch has
made me feel tingly inside my body, like no other has in the past.

Her caressing touch has made me feel more and more, that I can let
go of my body to be  with hers. When we make love, we share our
bodies to be complete. We hold each other in our arms and fall a

sleep with each other. When we go outside our home, we hold hands
to show the world we are one. I always open the door  for her when
we go places in our car. We like to try new things to keep spice

in our lives. By doing this, will not have our relationship to soar. My
love is so special to me, as finally I feel secure in my life, that previously
I was not able to let go, to feel. She is the light of my life, with everything

in it. I miss her so dearly when she is not around, and so happy when she
is near me. Love is at times to never say you are sorry for a mistake or
misunderstanding, that was not avoidable. Part of a loving relationship

that is so important, is to always communicate with the one you love.
Never go to sleep, by having an emotional that toils with your heart.
I care so much for my love. I bring  flowers home  for her to show how

much I love her. Her smile I see makes me complete. I would do anything
for hr to make her happy. If a circumstance developed that would save
her life, I would give up my life for hers. There is nothing more special in

life, then a person you are completly in love with now, and forever. My
heart and soul are yours, and will never leave your side for the blissfulness
of eternity

The Emotional Tale Of The Holocaust And Why We Should Never Forget

 I need to advise  you  before you start to read this article, that you will hear many Atrocities that
took place was real, and unforgettable. Understand that the information is going to rock your emotions
and your heart, to possibly break due to the events that I am going to focus on. The details I am going
to list are going to be real, and that this story is going to represent the lives of many Jewish individuals
and the horror of not being able to see their family's ever again.


For no apparent reason, other then being a JEW. There lives will not have a meaning to it, and the population
of  individuals that were Jewish, will be eradicated all over Germany and in Poland.To have a feeling when the Jewish Individuals were rounded up like cattle, that the end as they knew it, was coming very close to an end. They all were feeling lost, families were apart. Woman to the left, and the men to the right, and the children stayed with their mothers.


Imagine how it must of felt being in a box car to be exterminated with either gassing the box car, or having the entire box car inflamed. They knew when being put in those box cars, that their lives were going to end. Any photos they  had were in a clenched fist, to never provide the last evidence of family, to the Germans. Imagine seeing a photo for the last time,of the existence of your family.The worst part of the ordeal was walking into the concentration camp and smelling of the bodies going into the ovens or gas chambers, or having to dig a trench knowing this is where you are going to die.


Also there were times when you had to take a shovel, and take the ash out of the oven, to make room for more bodies  to go in. Or better yet, shaving the skin off the bodies to use the bones in building an outhouse or a barracks. The conditions of the barracks of having over a hundred people sharing only a few beds. It was so bad, that you were only allowed to pee once in the morning, and once at night. There were only 3 stalls built for the 100 people in each barack. They didn't even have clean water. They used a filtration system to use the urine, so that they would have some type of water.


There were many concentration camps built, just to house all the Jews coming into them. There were many areas of the camps that showed bodies and bones for all the people to say. They knew, not to open their mouths, or the Gestapo or SS people would shoot them down at a instance. The Germans had even tried to have people tell the Gestapo where the Jews were hiding, which allowed them a small piece of bread, or a few more days to live. The clothing they had to wear, had a big Jewish star in the middle of their shirt.


A lot of things happened, that reflected the mistreatment of all the Jewish population in existence all over Germany and Poland.  The causes of all the Atrocities happening was due to a man being very insecure, that the Jews living all over the country were inferior human beings. The insecurities of Adolf Hitler  changing history, will always be a black mark in time.



Lets imagine a time during a century, where being different, meant it was a death wish to be brutishly mascaraed or burnt in an oven, or taking a walk and having to dig your own grave. There were many holes in the ground all over Germany and Poland, with the death of over 6 Million individuals of all ages from being a 4 year old, up to an age of 76. During the time of Adolf Hitler in power,  there were places built to hold over 4 million Jews, and gas chambers built, to get rid of all the JEWS in several concentration camps.
The population in those camps, were looked upon or treated like animals on a farm.



Or imagine to keep on living for just a few more days other then the group of Jews that were led into the gas champers, and life was going to be no more. To keep from dying, so you can live another day, there were many Jews, that had to shave down  human bodies. Also I have furnished a website of pictures from all over Poland, and Germany as well. You have now entered Holocaust Pictures, a site which contains information about the Holocaust during WW2.



There will be pictures from various camps in Poland that were part of the extermination of all kind of human beings. I will also show  places that contain nothing, other then wood piles from the torn down gas chambers. The culture that was before the war exists no more.  The pictures shows how the camps look like today and among  the pictures is things in places you wont be able to find and see by yourself. I also am providing a book from Dachau at  http://www.dachau.oskarschindler.dk/, Please keep in mind, that these pictures are going to be  very graphic. I am doing this, so that you can truly see what happened to many Jews at 1 of many Concentration camps built during World War ll.



Also I am going to show pictures of Adolf Hitler, and Schindler, who felt disgraced who was German, where he hid  thoughts and actions, to  saved many Jews as well. Whatever you feel, or believe on the existence of 6 million Jews being exterminated, will be laid rest after seeing the atrocities by the German Regime. Life does go on for a few, where cultures as of today, wants the pictures to tell the story, and to show the existence was true. We as Jewish Americans today, should be obligated and to keep records, to never forget, and to tell the  story for their grandchildren, so it is never forgotten . There are survivors from those times, and it is very important to listen and see what life  was about, during the worst time in History that all of us know and remember.

Making A Pot Roast

Most men today, are meat and potato men. I think the reason for
this assumption, is because when we were younger I guess we didn't
like vegetables. So the astigmatism of Meat and Potatoes were formed.

Pot roast so tasty because of all the juices from a quality piece of
meat,mixed with potatoes and a delicious brown gravy, would make
any mans table a charm. I can eat Pot Roast every day, but as it goes,

chuck roast on the piece of meat used, has a more enjoyable way of
rounding out the essence of a dish from heaven. You can use other type
of meat to make a pot roast like, a shoulder roast, or a rump roast, but

to make the best pot roast meal, is to use a chuck roast. All the other
types of meat I mentioned, are tougher pieces of meat, so I wouldn't
recommend nothing else to a chuck roast. Normally I use a regular pot

on the stove, because it cooks better then a crock pot or the oven,
because the sauce dries out more using this type of cooking element.
I can't wait until this Friday, because I will be making?, you guessed

it, My delicious Pot Roast from Heaven. I hope by me talking about
cooking a pot roast, that you will go out to the supermarket and buy
a chuck roast to have for dinner tonight.

What Is Your Most Enjoyable Recipe

How many people like to cook? From an early age, you are taught to cook,
so that if you are alone in the house, if you are living with your parents, you
know how to make a meal if you are hungry.

One of things to consider, is if you are actually going to cook something, or
using the easy way out, by using the Savior called the Microwave. For me,
I learned to actually cook, as when I was born, Microwaves were not around.

One of my favorite meals when I was younger, was peppered steak. The way
I made it when I was 12, was with 2 pounds of stew beef, 2 onions cut up, and
3 Green Peppers. I made this meal, because when my parents went out,

they were away from the home all day. I was permitted to cook, but as a
requirement, I had to make sure that all pots were cleaned. Part of the
meal I  included a white rice dish with small pieces of Pineapple.

I didn't use much pineapple, but just enough to use for my sauce from scratch.
I used 1 can of tomato sauce with Garlic, and a small can of tomato paste. The
pineapple also was used to loosen the paste to a thinner base.

I didn't want to use a second can of tomato sauce. By me mixing the sauce and
the onion and the green peppers, made my mouth water with excitement to eat.
Most dishes that are made, don't use a base of having pineapple in the sauce.

I liked to do this, because a good sauce would have a tangy taste to it for me,
rather then just a tomato base taste. I used to experiment when I cooked. Now
today, I leave the cooking to my wife.

In general Most of the time I have to admit, woman are better cooks. I am
surprised thou, that there are not more woman chefs around. The next time
you cook a dish like peppered steak, try using pineapple, and you may be
surprised how good it tastes adding pineapple in your sauce.  

The World Of Mollie Strongbloom

One of the most important values in life, is to know, you have an advocate
in Mollie Strongbloom. The beliefs of an individual, that will show all of the
relevance of a writer up in age. He came onto the scene of writing due

to financial restraints. Society now has a friend, that will instill values.
His style of writing is a fresh new start, in the publishing network.
When ever a change happens, it raises the eyes of many.

The followers that are staying close to this individual, will be in
position, to gain recognition in the world, as an extension to
Mollie Strongbloom. In life,  a facet of one's imagination, is an

arm of relevance. We do what is right, because being perceived
in our culture, means that a  personality will rise up to offer
passion in one's heart. We will reflect the importance of  effective

communication. In the approach of being a friend. as well as a pier
to give assistance, and as a part of a new society  that will be forming.
in a new social media platform of the future, which as been lost.

In the last several years, I have noticed, that writers are going away
from being personal to their readers. When Mollie Strongbloom burst
onto the scene recently, a new refreshing approach in writing was exposed.

Readers all over the world were noticing what type of Author Mollie Strongbloom
is, and the way of being an empathetic writer gets in touch with his readers. What
makes a difference with this writer, is how he draws his readers into the whelm of

being a passionate, and sensitive writer he is. The way his  words reflect a passage
to his world of literature. It is hard enough to be personable with how literature is used.
Being an open hearted writer he is , allows his readers to be drawn in to understand
the warm style of writing that is expressed.

Who Are Better Cooks Woman Or Men

One thing that is for sure, that men won't starve if they are single or  married.
One of those traits that is a astigmatism that men can't cook is only a myth. Men
will find away to eat, and to never starve. I think it is an imbedard trait, that if we
are alone, that men won't eat if they can't cook, or have to rely on a spouse.

All those stories that bachelors can cook, or eat on what they would make is wrong.
At an early age, men learn the basics on how to cook. Most woman thou, will say that
it's not cooking, but survival cooking. Again this is a falicy from woman saying this.
Well men, they are not wrong. Survival cooking for a man, is either popping a TV

dinner into the microwave, or to put a steak on the grill. Men do both very well. They
also don't have to check up right away, if they are alone. But that is something that logic
is used. For instance, if you don't have a clean home, and dirty dishes are around, will
cause extra visitors coming into the home, and live there without paying rent.

I despise roaches or other type of life living in my home. Now for the woman's side of the
story. And yes men, don't say a word, as the woman were quiet when it was your turn, but
NOW!!!!!!! will be the turn of the women.  In their mind, they don't speak out loud, if the
husband says dear, I cooked tonight. You say to our self, oh no another show leather meal

we are eating. You see Woman  are smarter, as they will not say out loud, that your cooking
is so horrible, that the neighbors go out to eat, when you cook That's bad men. Woman learn
to cook at an early age, because they don't want to rely on a partner's cooking if they have
to live. If I have to eat as a man, I will not go out and buy an exuberant type of meat to make

a chef's type of meal. Men you are lazy, no bones about it. We have to be thankful our spouse
even considers making a meal for us. Woman flat out cook better then men for 1 main simple
reason. They know how to start a range if it is gas, and they know how to have a temperature
gage on what type of heated needed to cook the meal. Men you don't know how to use the

range, so what ever you do, Never, Never, Never tell your spouse, that they can't cook, or
otherwise get that menu board out and make a menu of what type of TV dinners you want for
a week. We can't think longer then a week.Well let's stop kidding around, and appreciate
that woman know how to cook, or you won't live, if you have to make your own meal.

One of the last few things I say good night to my wife, is asking her, honey what are we
going to eat for dinner tomorrow?  You know what she will say, is(Henry name I am using)
When you come home from work, you will see what we are having.if you don't like that
approach, you can cook for yourself. Uh oh men, never get your back to the wall, other wise you will starve.

My Son Jacob As The Champ In The 1 Mile Run

One of the things in my life, that has made me feel so proud is my son. He is very
smart in his own way being Autistic. When I was younger, besides playing baseball,
I was on the High School track team. I ran the 4x4 hurdles. I did OK, but I could of

been better, if I trained, rather then just go into a race by training. Well Jacob is
a chip off the old block. He became the youngest mile runner at his age group, from
middle school throughout Florida. Last Sunday, he was in a race in competition in

Columbia County, which is Lake City Florida at age 13, and ran the race in 4:38 seconds.
The previous record was 4:41  seconds. I am so proud of him, and I tell him to practice
at least 4x a week. Don't be like me, that didn't practice.

His Track coach is very impressed with his style of running. I taught him to never use up
all your energy when running. You have to pace yourself. Well he listen, because what he
does when he competes, he stays in 2 or 3 position, until the last quarter of the race.

He then pulls out into 2nd or third lane, depending on where he is positioned, and give all
that you have in the last quarter of the race. That was not a problem for him. Once he
pulls out, he fly's by the rest of the runners, and at the finish line, he is about 20 feet ahead.

Jacob will continue to improve, and when he gets into high school, he will be tauted very
highly in the county, where we live.   Jacob has a very bright future in running, and possibly
a higher calling.

Living In The Country Away From Civilization

There will always be a choice to live in a community, that is suited to one's family
 life style, and well being. A lot of people like the fast pace of living in the city.
They  like the opportunities to have conveniences at their fingertips, and the

option of getting things delivered for them as well. I do remember living in a city
for most of my life, until about 10 years ago. I was working for a company out of
Georgia, where my job description, was a team leaders role. We did reconstruction

work at night, changing Home Depot bays. We changed the look by a piece of paper
called a planogram. Working for this company, I did not need to live in a city, as my
travels took me all over. So I made a decision to live in the country, as the cost of

living was less, to make paying for things a little easier. I did learn one thing thou
in the Country. This is, that the pace of living slows down, and an easier lifestyle
as well. Gas was a little more, but housing was a lot less. Consider for a 2 bedroom

home in the city, would cost about $650 to rent. Now take that same type of
conditions in the country, would cost about $485. By living in the country allowed
me to do many things. My son was going to grow up in a better family setting, there

was also less crime to think about. Neighbors said hello each day, and not have to have
a feeling, why are you saying hello. The truth that matters, is that people in the
country are not only more respectful, but are more considerate of ones neighbor.

By this happening, shows what the true meaning of what's religion advises of, we
are all our brothers keeper, and to show respect and dignity to all regardless of ones beliefs.
Always remember one thing. We treat people the way we want to be treated ourselves.

Why Can't We All Live Together In Harmony

This article that I am sharing my views on how society relates
to bad crimes that can be avoided, if we only tried to understand how people
are in life. When we are born into this world, we are merely individuals that
know no boundaries. We are taught to understand what society wants us to
be like, to fit into a role, and to learn to live with all  people.


The importance of teaching others in seeking an identity on what is important
to reflect on how our individual character is being formed. We live in different
parts of a state or country, because it allows us to be happy where we live.
A home is ones castle. So to beable to keep that castle, we ahve to get along
with people. But that is where it starts a belief of being different.


Why should somebody be not allowed to live where they want. Why do we look
at people because they look like someone  different then us. Or why do we hate
individuals based on religious beliefs. In life, we are all different, and that is a
reason to explore values of every religion, or race, or nationality. There are so
many crimes today, because we are different individuals, that believe things to be better or worse.


The hardest thing a person can be like, is a person that doesn't believe in respect or dignity.
We value our parents as we grow up, because it is what we are taught from them, on how
we respect another human being. We are all G-d's children, and we are proud because we
believe in our strengths of  our inner solitude. Then let me ask you all why is there Anti-Sematism
in society, or Racial Profiling because we are different by how we look.


What is not as important on accepting life as we know it in todays standards. Or how we can be
so  blatantly offensive because we are a different color of our skin. We are put on this earth to live
and learn to be well liked, but not looked as a villin. How cruel can someone be, to offend another
individual's character, or beliefs. Or a swatzsticker sign on a house of worship be cause of an
understanding on how to live life.


And imagine coming home one day, to see a cross burning on your lawn. Why can't we all live
together, and not pass judgement, without allowing them to be there to defend themselves.
The whole issue is  about how valuable  we all are. We each contribute in society, and to be
appreciated for what we accomplish. Let life be not forgotten in vain. Be ourselves to be
an issue of importance always.

What It Means To Be Jewish

A religion is a feeling of learning good ethics in a community, and to reflect peace and good fortune
to people you associate with, and who cross your path. Religion is a clarification on values, and how
representation is approached with society. We are taught by a religion from when we are brought up

as a young child, to show an understanding on discipline and being well manner. In the Jewish Religion,
a young child grows up to be a man at age 13. This is a important part in a young Jewish Boy, and a young
Jewish Girl. At age 13, a boy represnts the learning of traditions and beliefs, to take the next step in becoming

a man. He studies to this age, and does lessons in becoming a man as he approaches a Bar Mitvah, and a girl is
BAS Mitvah. Once this stage has been completed, a young man and girl have reached an age of obligation as if
they are a grown Man, and a grown woman. Being an a adult, there are obligations to do Mitvah's, Blessing,

learning of the Torah, as in other religions, it is called a Bible. There are many Jewish Holidays during the
year, as well as doing blessings, during several times a day. Ther are fasts, that advise not to eat, as in respect
 of Hashem. (Other Religion's, he is called G-d).

I am not sure of other religions, but we don't say the word G-d, as you see it is not spelled out. Any action
as a jew, is based on respect, to the man above. Every meal you eat, go to the bathroom, see another human
being, and so on. In the Jewish religion, we don't say we go to temple, but the term we use is either a house

of whorship, or schul. We don't say temple, because there only has been a temple, 2 times in the past. But do
those temples that were destroyed by the greeks and egyupsins, we are not allowed to say temple, until the
third temple is built. The third temple will not be built, until the Mesiah is here, other meaning a phofit to

 lead all Jews to the land of milk and honey(JERUSELUM). The one as it is called, guides us in life to do
the right thing, as all jews in the world, go by the ten commandments.he Ten Commandments are a listing
of important behavioral rules in the Old Testament. It is difficult to determine what exactly should be
considered an individual commandment and how they should be counted. The Ten Commandments.

I am the Lord, your God.
Thou shall bring no false idols before me.
Do not take the name of the Lord in vain.
Remember the Sabbath and keep it holy.
Honor thy father and thy mother.
Thou shall not kill/murder†.
Thou shall not commit adultery.
Thou shall not steal††.
Thou shall not bear false witness against your neighbor
Thou shall not covet‡ your neighbor's wife (or anything that belongs to your neighbor).

Every Jewish individual is obligated to go by these commandments. The reason they are important,
is because that every respected Jew  should live in Society, with guidelines to care for other human
beings..In the religion of choice. I believe there is a form of having a 10 Commandment, but

evaluation is diffeent, do to the belief that is taught by the respected individual, that is called
a leader. The point of this article, is to show an understanding of teaching and living in respect
of being truthfull, in the religion of choice

Shabbos Celebration On Friday

On any given Friday Night in A Religious Jewish Home, there is a celebration
called Shabbat. As with all jewish holidays, they start from nightime to daylight
time. The reason for this to happen, is because of the jewish life people hold in

importance of a religion that has meaning to it. The jewish calender is not a
gregorian type of calender, because in  the jewish religion, the day starts at
night. During shabbat that starts at sundown, a jewish woman lights candles

in resepect of Hashem (G-D). We never say his name or spell it out, as it is a
way of showing disrespect about the creator. After the Woman bring in shabbat
with lighting the candles, as it an obligation of every woman past the age of 13.

This is a tradition that was handed down from the first Jewish woman that lit
candles for acceptance of the holiday each Friday night. We sing many songs,
and say blessings that consist of washing your hands, saying a prayer before

eating Challah)Egg Bread), and saying certain blessings honoring the woman
in the house as queen. The father also says a blessing for the children with
first putting his hand on top of their heads, then doing a blessing to provide

good fortune to his children. Part of doing shabbat and being religious to honor
all wishes that are called Mitvahs. (Good Deeds). A religious Jew also doesn't
do many things. They can not work during Shabbos, they can't turn on electrical

appliances or lights. They can't hold any money in there pockets, and can not drive
or gamble. Many wishes are transcribed for a Jew during the celebration on each
Friday night, until Saturday night, that ends with doing a service called Hafdalah

(Haf-Da-La) at sundown. Also part of the traditions, is that you can't shave, or use
a coffee pot. To drink coffee, we use a Ern to keep water hot.It is to a point, that you
can't write, or even tear any items. So if someone needs to use the bathroom, they

have to make sure that they have torn toilet paper, or you can buy it that way, as
at many religious stores, they sell automatic toilet paper torn, just for the reason
on not tearing any item to use. The celebration has it's moments, that in other

religions, they may not have restrictions that much. But to respect Hashem
(G-D), we honor him to keep traditions, as it was a long time ago. In honoring someone,
you show respect by doing the right thing always.

Why It Is So Emotional When We Lose Our Father

A Moment of time we think about Love and why we were made from love, from 2 caring
parents. Life is a period of every lasting Love. We Remember How we came to be and
cherish the times when we had the emotions of being at peace, when we were living under
the guiedance of our father. True Emotions Are essential in our rise as either a young man,

or a young woman. We think back at moments in our life, and realize that value only is in
existence, if we realize what has left us is a fortune and admiration, of  two people that allowed
us to have good memories.  It Is More Of A Loss In My Eyes, When We Lose A Father from
the two parents we have. To reflect the importance of having a father in our lives, we have to

think of why it so important to hold onto memories of who he is. We relate to this person, because
he is  the backbone of our family. When I moved away, and out of the setting of being a son at home,
it signifyed  the changing of events, that in turn  will be missed. The closeness we had, was not going
to be the same, as if I was living at home. We are at an age that allows us to grow from being at home

to being on our own. Many people get married and have a family to raise on there own, and we think
back on how we would handle things, if we were our father. We appreciated the times, when we were
with our fathers, because of the guideance and understanding that was instilled in us, to reflect the
understanding that we would use when we would have our own family. As time passes in our lives that

we take the torch from our father, to  have the responsibility of being a father on our own, we look
back on all the knowledge we absorbed, to incorperate the know how, to be a  good father to our
children, as our father was with us. There is a moment in time when we realize, that as  time passes,
our father gets older, and time would soon pass, that we will have to accept that our father was not

going to be around forever.  When this happened to me 3 years ago, my life was shattered. I loss my
father and it hurt, because I lost a friend that I could was able to confide with.  I am at peace now after a period
of time that passed to accept the loss of my father, because I looked back at the times I had with him,
and how happy I was being with him, when he was alive. I remembered what was told to me by my

father,  that will always be in my heart to remember how important he was to me then, and how
important he is to me now, as the memories I will never lose or even forget, because he was my father

How To Help People That Have Special Needs Or Disibilities

When we are born into this world, we show a smile and a cry, to
show emotions early in our lives. We are happy to be around in
the presence of a new family. G-d has made a miracle happen,
to have joy in the world of another human being born.

As time goes on about 6 months, we start to be concern, that
normal actions of a 6 month old, has not developed for one reason
or another. We take a trip to our Pediatrician concerned that something
might be wrong.

The parent says, my child is not crawling, or my child is not smiling, or
even worse, my child is having breathing problems at night, and I feel
very concerned, that something is going on with this baby out of the
usually occurs.

The pediatrician does some movement and neurological tests, to see if motor
skills has been affected. After many tests, which also includes a blood test,
to make sure nothing internal is present. After looking at the test results, the
pediatrician has came up with a diagnosis.

Mrs. Cohen, after reviewing the findings, I determined that Jacob has tendencies
of being autistic. A graved face is shown from the mother, to feel uncertain what
to do.. Well the problem with these results, are not unusual. Both not knowing what
to do is. You see, the hardest thing to know, is not to know how to find the right

resources to assist in helping with details. I as a mother think, what do I do?. Well
other then not knowing how to approach these findings to get the right resources to
help, is also being an advocate. for a disabled special need child. In today's society,
part of the problem besides trying to find resources, is to teach people to learn to

Network for information to help. The majority of the population that is impacted,
does not really understand what to do. I as an advocate since my son has been born,
try to be an individual to be helpful in this world. It doesn't hurt to be nice and courteous,
to help some less fortunate individual that doesn't know what to do.

The Cost Of A Funeral

The  Cost  Of  A  Funeral  and knowing that life has to end is a sad time  for all.
The only thing we know in life, is death and taxes. As time ages, so do the cost of
having to do a funeral. The morbid thing to know, is it cost so much to live, so why
should it be that the cost to die is more. This is unheard of, to feel you are worth
more being dead, then alive. Take into consideration the cost pertaining to do a funeral,
and in the Jewish religion it cost more.


Let me discuss preliminary costs, then going on to a funeral being Jewish. One of the
first few things needed, is to preliminary contact a funeral home on the wishes of the
family, on what to do, when they are ready to die. The funeral home has to have a
Hurst come to either hospice, the hospital, or the home to pick up the corpse. Then the
wishes of getting the body ready for the service. like the deceased can say, this is not
how I want to look.


Well the family wishes are conveyed to the funeral home, and what is being required.
The funeral home at the time of the burial, will take the body to the cemetery, and the
service is handled from there, of unbending of the soil, and lowering of the body in the
casket that has been decided at the funeral home. The costs are absurd. A standard
funeral at the going rate is about $8,600 now. Like I said before, that you are worthy
more dead then when you are alive.


Prior to a person dying, normally they do a pre option for the plot at the cemetery, so you know where
your lying body will be staying. Now depending on the wishes of a family, and beliefs of having possible
a wake, their are 2 important things that need to be addressed if you are Jewish. First a funeral has to
be done within 48 hours, and a burial can not be on a Saturday, which is a day of rest. The other most
important act to do, is  having a Shemira, which  refers to the Jewish religious ritual of watching over
the body of a deceased person from the time of death until burial.


One of the hardest thing to do, is sitting for the deceased or having a service for the deceased if
they are not Jewish. In many religions, it is called a wake, and in the Jewish religion, it is called
Shiva. In general what  it means in any service, that it is called sitting for the deceased. Now in
the Jewish religion, it is called sitting Shivah. The times have changed to the period of time,
someone needs to grieve for the deceased. In the Jewish religion in the past it was 7 days, the
same amount as if it was a wake. But in the last 20 years, a changing took place in the Jewish
religion, to shorten the grieving time to 3 days only. The philosophy is that it should be shorten,
so the grieving family can go on with their life.

The Third World Of Relevance

You know sometimes we are at peace with ourselves,
and sometimes we are lonely because we want it that
way. But what happens, when we don't have control,

and we are alone, with no one around. How does it effect
us, if we are all alone, with no human beings in existence
or any animals to keep us company.

It is very hard to not be able to communicate with anyone.
Do we end up going crazy, or do we go on, to use our minds,
so thou we are alone in the physical sense of the world,

we are not alone because we have our minds to reason with us.
In a third world of relevance, there will always be room for others.
This is when we begin to associate with our self conscious, to continue

to be able to go on in existence. The interesting part of a third world
of relevance, is that there is a chance in time, that there will possibly
be someone  around. As we still think of our existence in the third

world of relevance, we can be surprised, that an Ora of the mind
communicates with us, because we want it so badly.  If we ever get
to a point, that we stop the motion of thinking, then at that point, we

know that there is never going to be anyone, in the third world of
relevance, to keep us company. Life is a roller coaster of emotions.
To get on that roller coaster, and have the control of when we want

to get off, is the feeling that we will always continue to be in control,
if we keep things in check of our living existence, and our soul of the
third world of existence.

Is It Better To Own A Home Or Rent A Place To Save Money

 When we get older and on our own , it is one of the  most important things  we should consider
using the money we make by working  to spend it on for the year. Taking into consideration that
we are single and not married or have a family, we should consider buying a home to live in, as it
won't be a waste of   money we use from working. Living in a place of our own, we established

that we are using a home, for a way to save, as the home should increase in value as a norm.
The housing market is down at the moment, but should go  back in a few years. I believe that
this is a way to have an asset increase, on something we are not spending additional funds.
There is maintenance that you have to do each year,  to maintain the condition of the home.

You will have to spend money to keep up the well being of the home, but it is still worth buying
a home rather then renting. At least in the long run, the home will give you a positive return,
rather then wasting money each month by giving it to a landlord for rent. Normally when owning
a home it should  increase in value, to weigh out the difference by deciding to own rather then renting.

Originally we are used to renting for a period of time, so we can get established with having a good
credit file. Paying bills on time with owning a home, should have our credit show we are responsible.
By doing this will open up opportunities in the future if we  need to use the equity in your home for
other things. Regardless on whether we rent or own a home, the important issue at hand,  is how

we will be using our salary each year, to have a roof over our head. If you have poor credit, will effect
the opportunities to buy a home. The key element in all of this, is to  show respective sellers that you
have good credit record to buy their home. Always consider making sure you keep a well established
credit file, because one day you might consider buying a home, and you want to be sure to making sure
to have the best chances on buying a home.

To Get Employed The Economy Has To Be Strong Or An Upward Swing

One of things that people do not understand, is that the economy influences many
companies in hiring of employees. If it is a new company just starting out, it increases
the option or not being sure how new employees would impact the growth of the company.
The decision is made easier if the economy is on a upward spin.

  You mainly have to be prepared on either an up wood or down wood spin, so that you are
conditionally  ready if either happens.  Now if the economy is on a up wood spin, then the

On the computer the other day, I read an article on MSN Money page.
The subject I came up to said: What are the 10 best countries to retire to.
What were the issues I read, was housing, Food prices, Internet connections,

and medical capabilities. The first thing to look into is housing.  The guidelines
to locate a place at first, is a reduction of  cost about 60% less. Wow, what a
savings. The best country for American Retirees, is Ecuador.

This has been the fifth year in a row, that Ecuador has been on top. Following
Ecuador, comes Panama. Then follow s Malaysia. after that is Mexico. I was
shocked on this country being that high up. Then we go back to Central America,

to  the country of Costa Rica. Uruguay follows Costa Rica. Then next comes
Columbia. Then we go overseas to Spain, then Thailand, and rounding up the
top 10 is Malta. There are 7 issues to consider.

The first issue is housing, then comes groceries, Utilities, the internet,transportation,
Medical, and rounding up is cultural events and entertainment. American retires can
live in these countries comfortably on $2000.00 dollars a month, and live very graciously.

It all depends on values and beliefs, and making a choice or gamble, to move out of the
United States. The monetary conversion on all these countries, will allow you to have
social security, to electronic direct deposits are allowed in these countries.

It all comes down to making a logical choice, and the chance to truly decide on is it going
to be better then where I live now. Logistics will tell you to go for it. Why would you need
to struggle for the rest of your golden years. When the final decision is made up to either
 relocate or stay put, logic will guide you to your ultimate value in sustaining a quality life.

My Internet Speed

You know when you boot up your computer, it takes awhile to load all
your programs. It is a good idea, that people go into the format area,
to stop some of those programs from starting up, when you boot up your
computer. There are other reasons, that slows up the time to load all the programs.

There five ideas I have to help to allow your computer to speed up, to load
your programs you uselessly want to view. The first solution I have, is to defrag
your computer, which will allow your tools, to have your programs to be in
sync with your hard drive.

]The next solution I am advising  you to complete, is to go into your control
panel, and  remove programs you don't use, which will free up some space
on your hardrive and memory as well. A good solution I would recommend
to do, is something you should be doing on a regular basis of doing a restore

program, which will help clear your hardrive of inconsistent programs that
is slowing your hard drive to load properly.And the next solution would be
to get an external hardrive by discs. You would put this piece in your usb
area, so material and files would back things up.

The best solution I would recommend to do, if your capable on your computer,
is to add memory, which would expand your hard drive, and allow files and visits
wouldn't impact activity. So as a final note I would say on the issue, is to shut
down your computer, which in turn will allow you to reboot up your computer,

which I can feel, will help your computer at home. The last saying I would
say to do, is think before you do anything, which would minimize errors
and problems that could appear.

Snacks

What do you normally have for a snack during  day,
or in the evening. Well if you are  like me, I end up
eating a doughnut, some potato chips, or cake.

Now all these items are health conscious snacks to
have, but your mind over matter tells you, to eat
what you want.

I believe that you should be able to eat what you
want, and when you want. Well I am wrong. If we
don't take  strong effort in eating more healthier.

In stead of snacks consist of chips, we should go to
a fruit or some vegetables, or even a jello, with less
calories. Just imagine if you stop eating chips for 6

months, what that would do for your body. Well if
you take those chips out of your planned snack list,
you would be able to not put that much weight on,

that you probable save about 7 pounds, from being
put in your living room called your stomach. All I
am trying to do now, is to make people realize, how
 you could eat less, eat healthier, and live better.

How we treat our pets as they are an important part of our family

A family has a pet, as an important member of their family.
They nurturing of a pet, is like the nurturing of a child being
born into the family earlier. We take pride of having a pet

that loves us, protects us, and is loyal to us. It can't get any
better, to hsve something that valuable sharing our life, and
dreams of now, and for the time in our future. Have you ever

seen cats and dogs roaming the streets, as they don't have a
family to love, and be loved. Or taking a visit to an animal shelter,
to see cats and dogs in a cage thinking, that they have somebody

that would adopt them. It is sad, that in shelters and animals roaming,
that their lives are not important enough to have a home. The outcome
for these animals are very bleak. The only place that would save them

from being put to sleep, is a no kill shelter. There are approximately 25,000
pets that don't have homes, in any given month. For the New Year, give the
chance of a lifetime, by making either a dog or a cat, a member of your family

Can We Be Friends After Our Break Up As Girlfriend And Boyfriend

Do we have an understanding of what a friend is, after a breakup
of a relationship. The all important phrase of , it's not you, it's me.
We still can be friends after all. We wonder in our minds, after a
break up, is it worth having a friend like this, that broke up, our relationship.

At first we are upset, because, you never expected , that our girlfriend, was
going to end our relationship, especially if things were going on fine. What fine
to us, may not be fine to her.  On the other hand, put it back on her. You say it's
not you, it's me. The shoe is on the other foot now. We are not doing tit for tat thingy.

Other reasons for responses from either partner, is I am seeing someone else, and
we are very happy together. Let's use that wrench, and twist it a little more, by
saying, we are seeing someone else. How tacky is that?. Well both individuals approach
a break up differently.

You also could of been thinking, it was bound to happen anyways, because we were not
seeing eye to eye on anything. We weren't getting along anyways. To become friends,
we have to be at peace in our hearts, where it wouldn't impact us with emotional feelings
from within. If a break up was mutual, then there is a better chance of becoming friends,

as there will not be any emotional ties to one another. The important question in all of this,
is how much your heart can stand, as we don't want to get into a situation, that seeing each
other, would cause more problems.

Well I Must Be Doing Something Right

I must be learning how to write, as I am publishing articles,
that is being distributed all over the internet. The other day,
I got an email from China, from an adorable child that is

fourteen years old. She asked me how I was able to write a
story of honor. I sent her a special blog I made just for her,
showing how I honor my dad.

She was very appreciated, because it meant so much to her,
as her mother passed away about 3 months earlier. When I write
a story, an important issue is having you feel like you are in the story itself.

I bring out emotions of ones heart, as you read th story, I make people
feel compassion, and always empathetic in your values  as a human being.
It makes me feel so good inside, because it truly means so much, as you feel
very proud of your dad especially after   what recently took place, with the passing of my mother.

Valentines Day

Valentines Day is right around the corner. What would be one
of the nicest things to do , would be to take your significant other
out to dinner, and go out dancing.

I don't remember the last time I went dancing. But before I go out
to dinner, I have something special for the woman I  love. I brought
home a beautiful vase, that was crystal, and a dozen roses.

And a diamond necklace I was saving for 9 months. I told her I didn't
need anything, but her love and companionship. She was so excited, as
prior to this, I wasn't able to buy jewelry, as I didn't have money.

But I vowed from last years valentine day, that I would save enough
money to get something special. We went out to eat at our favorite
Italian restaurant, then went into the city, to a nightclub we used to

go, years back. We were out all night, as we didn't have any kids at
the time, and this evening was special, and never be forgotten.          

How Good Is Your Memory

How good is your memory these days. Are you beginning to lose
your memory? Are you forgetting where you parked your car, and
supermarkets. Or better yet, you go the car you think is yours, as it

almost 100% like my car. You try to open the door with your key fob,
and the care will not allow the opening of door. You are beginning to
get frantic, you ready to call your roadside insurance to come down

and assist by opening the window first, then getting to  an area to have

from Where I am, and see my car. as I looked at the license plate, and it matched.
